SCOPE OF WORK FOR UPDATE JQ EXISTING TRANSFER PRICING DOCUMENTATION • Simple Transfer Pricing document update: BBOXX Capital Rwanda Ltd already has transfer pricing documentation in place which was prepared recently. This should be reviewed and updated where necessary although major changes are not expected to be required. • Supply Chain as a Service and Shared Service transactions: Two n ew types of transaction must be reviewed and documented for impact on transfer pricing. • CUP analysis: Should be updated for financial year 2020 data but since this was also recently performed minimal changes are expected.
