A copy of trading license References of similar tenders executed Tax clearance from RRA/or another tax authority in respective countries VAT Registration Certificate Company profile and list of shareholders, if any A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders from address below from 30th August to 9th September 2022 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM during normal work days upon presentation of a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF. The sum is to be deposited at Access Bank on the Account N° 1002100102491501 (RWF) open in the name of RwandAir Catering Ltd. Bids should be valid for a period of ninety days (90 days) after the date of handover of the bids.
