• Request for proposals are invited for Training-S Services in Nyarugenge District, Kigali-City, Rwanda Date of Issue: 23rd September 2022 Date of Submission: 07th October 2022, at exactly 9:00 a.m. Kigali Time. Date of Opening: 07th October 2022, at exactly 10:00 a.m. Kigali Time. Objectives of the trainings Improved productivity and better understanding of teamwork to achieving company and personal development goals. List of trainings IFRS refresher trainings (Revenue, Leases…) and those trainings for ICPAR CPD Hours consideration), Treasury, Banking Opportunities including hedging assets for appreciation, CIT,WHT, VAT and PAYE & PENSION trainings, Soft skills (Effective communication, Team facilitation, Science of emotion, The Art of delegating effectively, Problem solving, Decision Making, Handling Difficult Conversations Board leadership, Mastering enterprises risk management, How to improve the legitimacy, Accountability & Transparency of an organisation Strategic Procurement Management and Warehouse Operations and Management, Leadership foundation for new supervisor, Team Facilitation: The core skills of great Team Leaders MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word 2016 advanced trainings Requirements to bid Valid Trade license RRA Tax clearance Certificate without areas Prepare the technical proposal indicating the timetable for trainings, and a timeline of when they will start and end; the confirmation of training materials (soft or hard copies, including videos, audios if necessary); and the outcome to trained employees. Clarity on the team of trainers and their profiles indicating where they trained similar or related subjects. Accounting trainers must be CPA registered. Trainers with accreditation such as International Coach Federation, any of the Big Four L&D Department, AEC Accredited Coach, are encouraged. Bachelors degree (and above) in subjects related to the training lists are expected to be part of the training team (a minimum of 2 trainers is expected). The expected cost-effective financial proposal in FRW currency, and price inclusive of all taxes (the bidder will clarify those taxes e.g. VAT, duties etc.). The bidder is expected to indicate rates used per hour of training for better benchmarking. Three (3) recommendation/reference letters from previous clients for similar supplied items.
