Academic qualification documents and CVs for the company team or individual consultant Rwanda Revenue Authority document that proves the individual or company declares taxes Proof of past work or completion certificates for the similar work by a recognized organisation or company Rwanda Development Board (RDB) Certificates testifying the official registration of the company or individual consultant Knowledge and Skills required from individual consultant or firm /company Having academic qualification in linguistics literature, translation, social sciences, community development Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda Excellent proofreading skills Cultural Competence: Having an understanding of Rwandan Culture and history Subject Competence: Having knowledge of key concepts on and skills on gender relations, GBV, SRHR and empowerment Include the SRHR, GBV etc,,… Textual Competence: pay attention to text, genres, varying text types etc,… Having Knowledge of translation software and proven experience of having translated a training curriculum in Kinyarwanda, preferred experience with curriculum for youth Able to demonstrate proven examples of having translated curriculum content inclusive of Rwandan context Able to work an provide the required assignment respecting the deadlines Provide RDB certificate if it is a company Completion certificate for the similar assignment
