- Tenders are invited for T24 Monitoring and automation tool Bank of Kigali Plc is seeking for a qualified international, regional or local vendor to implement a T24 Monitoring and Automation Tool that will help to automate processes and provide real-time monitoring and reporting. BK Plc hereby invites eligible bidders to tender for the above mentioned services. Terms of Reference for the above mentioned services will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 02nd/05/2023. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bid submission with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of BK Plc must be submitted not later than the 16th/05/2023 at 3:30pm local time and bids should be submitted online using a link that will be shared with interested bidders. Guidelines for online bids submission shall be sent to interested bidders on a separate email. All interested bidders will be required to first apply for registration on BK ERP application prior to bids online submission. Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs for local companies or USD for foreign companies. The price should include all applicable local taxes and all costs related to the project. Provide cost breakdown, project implementation plan and any other requirement specified in the Terms of References. The bidder will also be required to submit the following administrative documents: Company registration certificate and detailed company profile Tax clearance certificate Social security contribution clearance certificate for local companies Performance certificates for a successful implementation of similar solution A least 3 year audited financial statements to prove financial capacity
