Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of WASH related Kits and Materials Nyiragongo Anticipation Response Project” focusing on WASH interventions and Emergency Response Fund Project by CARE International focusing among others on sensitizing target communities on Covid-19 prevention measures and strategies including face mask distribution to beneficiairies in four severely affected Sectors of Rugerero, Rubavu,Gisenyi and Nyamyumba and we are therefore looking for potential bidders to supply WASH related kits and materials such as 1500 jerry cans,3000 water treatment tablets,menstrual hygiene kits (4000 satinary pads,6000 undergarments,6000 disaposable razorblades,6000 cloth wraps,6000 tissue paper), hygiene kits (1500 buckets,1500 bathing soaps,1500 laundry soaps,1500 body oil, 1500 toothpaste ,1500 toothbrush and 1500 combs) ;hygiene kits for children under two years old (720 clothnapkins,240 plastic pants ,240 blankets and 240 pairs of cloth). There are also 200 handwashing stations and sanitation kits (12 shavols,12 wheelbarrow and other materials . More specifications are found in tender document. Tender document is given after presenting payment slip of non-refundable 10,000 RWF on bank account number 00040 0047325 22/AEE-Rwanda in Bank of Kigali ltd Well bound and sealed bids presented in two copies should be sent to AEE-Rwanda Head Office with mention “Ref.no: 0001/AEE/PROC.LOG./AEE/06/2021”not later than July 2nd 2021 at 10:00am local time. Late bids will be rejected. Public bids opening session will be held at AEE-Rwanda Head Office the same day at 10:10 am. Bids must include: specification of kits and materials willing to supply, Financial proposal (price including Taxes), EBM Certificate for the case of company, VAT certificate for the case of company, RRA Tax clearance for the case of company, Performance letter of successful completion from three companies.
