Tenders are invited for Supply Training Consumables for TVET-Biwe Partnership Project in Rwanda. The assignment SOS Children-s Villages Rwanda is seeking for the services of a competent supplier to deliver the training consumables for plumbing and welding workshops as shown in the tables below: PLUMBING CONSUMABLE MATERIALS Brazing torch Flux powder Brazing rod Grinder Manual Hydraulic Pipe Bender SWG-3B Welding machine Rain water harvesting fittings and ETC. WELDING CONSUMABLE MATERIALS Rectangular tubes Rectangular tubes Square tubes Flat steel bar Oxy-Acetylene Welding & Cutting Set T-steel bar Round bar(smooth) Square tubes and ETC. Requirements Registration certificate issued by RDB Proof of registration in Rwanda Revenue Authority (TIN) and VAT Proof of having a physical address Proof of ability to provide EBM invoice. SOS CVs Rwanda accepts only EBM billing machine invoices, paid after service completion Indicate the financial proposal (cost per unit, total cost per unit, total cost per each category of consumable materials, total cost for the entire bid) At least 2 copies of successful completion of similar assignments Proof of payment of tender submission non-refundable fees equivalent to thirty thousand (30,000 FRw) payable on SOS Children-s Villages Rwanda account number: 400418314910177 RWF, Swift code: BPRWRWRW entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR.
