Website:  http://www.urwegobank.com/ Request for quotations “RFQ 2021/03/IT/003  Request for supply of  Samsung  Galaxy Tablets to Urwego Bank PLC Urwego Bank  PLC, hereinafter referred to as the bank hereby invites interested companies to submit their financial proposal for the supply of Samsung Galaxy Tablets whose specifications and features are detailed on appendix.   1.Important notice All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ-2021/03/IT/003 for the supply of Samsung Galaxy Tablets to Urwego Bank Plc and submitted to the bank-s reception at its head office located at, Plot 428, KG5 RD, UMUYENZI PLAZA, Remera Sector,Gasabo, Tel. +250 788173100,  Website: www.urwegobank.com. Moreover, the name of the company shall be clearly indicated on the envelope containing the bid. Please note also the following, 1. The quotations received, and acknowledged at the HO, will be opened and evaluated by the Bank Tender Committee which will thereafter inform each bidder of the final decision. 2. The quotations should include: VAT certificate, valid tax clearance certificate from RRA, RDB registration certificate. Note that the bidder should be in the field tying with this  tender (supply of IT Equipment) as per the RDB registration certificate; 3. Bidder is required to present manufacturers certificate (or another document which is authorized by the Manufacturer eg Certificate of Authorized Distributor or Reseller) 4. The bidder should present 2 recommendations from reputable institutions for executing similar supply (supply of tablets) 5. Bidder will be required to give a warranty of one year (at least) for the supplied tablets. 6.
