Tenders are invited for Supply of Printing Materials Location: kigali Deadline: Thursday, 23/02/2023 15:00 The tender document may be obtained on any working day at Rwanda Printer Company Ltd situated at Remera near REB (Rwanda Basic Education Board), O Box 3854 Kigali, in Procurement Office, Tel: (+250) 0788467506 from 13/02/2023, upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000Rwf) paid to the account No 00040 0063643744 for Rwanda Printer Company Ltd opened in Bank of Kigali. The Bank slip must show the following information “DAO/RPC/ Supply of Printing materials No1/NCB/2023/0B/RPC/February/2023 Well printed bids written in English language, properly bound and presented in two copies “one of which is the original and one copy of the original” must reach at Rwanda Printery Company Ltd at the above-mentioned address not later than 23/02/2023 at 3:00 pm. Late bids shall be rejected. The opening of bids will take place the same day on 23/02/2023 at 3:20 pm in the Board room, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives.
