Tenders are invited for Supply of Printed Materials Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir procurement office via an email: procurement@rwandair.com upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of fifteen thousand 15,000 Rwf account bank with swift IMRWRWRW. The sum to be deposited at I&M Bank on the swift Account N° 10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) opened in the name of RwandAir. All bids shall be accompanied by a“Bid Security-- equivalent to 1,000,000 RWF for Lot 1 and 200,000 RWF for Lot 2 respectively. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Senior Manager Procurement RwandAir at the email: procurement@rwandair.com Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in three copies one of which is the original must reach RwandAir Procurement office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, Not later than February 26th, 2024 at 11:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at RwandAir head office, Kigali International Airport Main Building, Top Floor, on February 26th, 2024 at 11:30am local time.
