SN DESCRIPTION Pack size ESTIMATED QUANTITIES TRAZODONE 50MG TABLET X1 55,970 8 LIDOCAINE 4% GEL X1 2,328 Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 27/12/2023 10:00 Rwanda Medical Supply Ltd (RMS) is inviting expressions of interest from reputable and qualified suppliers for the supply of pharmaceutical products. We have identified certain items that were previously missing from interested bidders during our open tender process. We are now seeking suppliers who have these products registered with Rwanda FDA or appearing on the list of Rwanda FDA for authorized products. If the products are not registered, we will consider the following preference categories: -A product pre-qualified by World Health Organization (WHO) or a product manufactured in a country with stringent regulatory authority. -A product with Marketing Authorization from a level 3 maturity regulatory authority. - A product without the above required condition, but the manufacturer must have a valid Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certificate. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their expression of interest:-License to operate as a pharmaceutical-related company.-Valid GMP certificate of the manufacturer. After the evaluation of the received expressions of interest, shortlisted bidders will be invited to provide their financial offer based on the items they comply with the requirements. The award will be made by item, and successful bidders will be required to sign a contract with Rwanda Medical Supply Ltd for a duration of one year, renewable upon performance. Please note that the submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee the award of a contract. RMS reserves the right to accept or reject any expression of interest without assigning any reason.
