SOS Children-s Villages Rwanda is seeking bidders to supply the following items for schools implementing Oral Health Project. Lots V: Dental Clinic Consumables 50 boxes latex examination gloves-box of 100 25 boxes disposable single-use facemasks (boxes of 50 masks) 100 boxes disposable tongue depressors (Boxes of 100) 6 Bundles of cotton rolls (500 cotton rolls/bundles) 5 packages of sealant material-UltraSealXT 1.4mL tube - 5 tubes per pack 5 packages of 37% phosphoric etch gel - EtchRoyale (PulpDent Co.) 1.2mL tubes - 10 per pack 40 bottles of klin gel hand sanitizer-500ml 3 tubes of fluoride varnish - 5%NaF Vernis blanc XP 50 pieces of face shields 2 pieces of curing light 3 packages of glass ionomer-Fuji xv, kit of 15mg powder and 7ml liquid bottle Potential bidders should meet the following criteria: Having an authorization of being a medical supplying company Being a national company registered in VAT; Having RDB registration certificate; Having a Tax clearance certificate; Having a physical address; Having at least 3 certificates of good completion for the similar delivery Well written bids, transport included when required, to be submitted electronically to the following e-mail addresses:sos.procurement@sos-rwanda.org no later than March 18 2021 at 2:00pm, local hours.
