Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply of Assorted Items (Personal Hygiene and Housekeeping, Dining and Kitchenware and Textiles and Tailoring Supplies) to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (Kfhr) under Annual Framework Contract Lot 1: Supply of assorted items (Personal Hygiene and Housekeeping) to KFHR. Lot 2: Supply of assorted items (Dining and Kitchenware) to KFHR. Lot 3: Supply of assorted items (Textiles and Tailoring Supplies) to KFHR. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Three Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (300,000Rwf), duly signed and sealed by a reputable bank or Insurance Company in accordance with the bid security form. This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda.
