• Tenders are invited for Supply of Assorted Items (Personal Hygiene and Housekeeping, Dining and Kitchenware and Textiles and Tailoring Supplies) to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (Kfhr) under Annual Framework Contract Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 15/01/2024 14:00 Presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No. 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. A Bid Security of 300,000Rwf TENDER TITLE: Supply of assorted items to King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (KFHR) under annual framework contract. TENDER REFERENCE NUMBER: 68/G/NCB/23/KFHR The King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘-Client”) funded by its ordinary budget, towards the cost of the Supply of assorted items. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting interested and qualified companies to submit bids for the supply of assorted items, as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements. This tender consists of three (3) lots and bidders may bid for one or all lots: Lot 1: Supply of assorted items (Personal Hygiene and Housekeeping) to KFHR. Lot 2: Supply of assorted items (Dining and Kitchenware) to KFHR. Lot 3: Supply of assorted items (Textiles and Tailoring Supplies) to KFHR. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Three Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (300,000Rwf), duly signed and sealed by a reputable bank or Insurance Company in accordance with the bid security form. This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com, King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 - Kigali - Rwanda. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm local time on January 15th, 2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on January 15th, 2024.
