Tel. +250789222960, E-mail: procurement-eucl@eucl.reg.rw/ onizeyimana@eucl.reg.rw upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10000 Frw) deposited to Account NĀ® 25044962001 opened at I & M Bank. Rwanda. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at EUCL main board room on 08/I0/2021 at 10:30am. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1000000frw issued by a reputable financial institution recognized in Rwanda with validity of 150 days from the submission date.
