Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of IT, Electronics and Security Equipment for Caritas Rwanda Composed by the following equipment and services Supply and installation of Dell PowerEdge R450 with 8TB (2GB for each tray) of HDD and 64GB of RAM Server upgrade, install, setup and configure Windows server 2019, VMware and other accessories on new server. Migrate previous server (Dell PowerEdge R710 which contains two virtual servers: file server and Domain controller in VMware) to new server at HQ, Configure Dell PowerEdge 450 as main server and previous server (Dell PowerEdge R710) as backup of new server, Supply, Install, setup, and configure LG air conditioner 18000BTU and repair of APC Smart UPS 2200. Supply APC Smart UPS 2200-s batteries and repair APC Smart UPS 2200, Supply and install LG Air conditioner 18000BTU for server room, Supply, test, setup, install and configure CCTV Camera System at HQ-s offices. Including the Installation/configuration of the above equipment Interested and eligible Supplier can obtain the tender document from Caritas Rwanda reception located in Kigali, Nyarugenge District, KN 16 AV 30 on Thursday, 6th July 2023 at 8:00AM upon presentation of the deposit slip of 10,000Frw (Non-refundable fees) to the account number 00004-01301000021-54 Lodged at COGEBANQUE, titled: Caritas Rwanda.
