- Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Installation of BSS System Location: Kigali Deadline: Monday, 24/10/2022 10:00 INTRODUCTION. KT Rwanda Networks Ltd (KTRN) is the only 4G LTE infrastructure company in Rwanda, jointly invested by the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom (KT) exclusively for wholesale provision of universal mobile broadband network in Rwanda using 4G LTE technology. The wholesale network service for mobile broadband will help to promote healthy competition for advanced retail services and solutions, and will benefit consumers, enterprises and the nation in transforming Rwanda into the ICT hub of East Africa. The company also provides wholesale fixed services based on its national wide fiber infrastructure to licensed operators in Rwanda Details: KTRN is looking for a reputable company that fulfills the requirements for supply and installation of BSS System to KTRN as per the specifications below; BSS DETAILS Modules CRM, 360-degree customer view Provisioning OCS (Online Charging System) OFCS (Offline Charging System) & Mediation Billing & Settlement Customer Self Service (Web & Mobile) Key Features Built-in or possible integration with NMS Analytics MVNO. Architecture Production Site (cluster) Disaster Recovery Site (Single node) Test Environment (Single node) Accessibility: The system has to be accessed via VPN that supports two Factor authentication. Hardware: Proposed Servers, Storage and Network devices (Switches, UTM (VPN, IPS, FW) to be of latest model Software: OS, DBMS and Firmware of Latest version Scope: Hardware and Software Procurement, installation & configuration, Design & Implementation, Packages / plans and customer migration, Training on system operations and administration. REQUIREMENTS TO BID Trade license of the similar works Valid RRA Tax Clearance Certificate for Local companies only Detailed company profile, References for similar works 5. Detailed Hardware Specifications (Brand /Model, Memory, Processor, Storage capacity, Server size (Ex: 1U,2U,…) Warranty period Financial proposal and should include; Annual Cost of Hardware Support Annual Cost of Software support and scope Recurring licenses fee Well, scanned bids, properly bound and presented in one file not exceed ten Megabytes (10MB) must be sent by email on procurement@ktrn.rw. no later than 24th October 2022, at 10:00am local time.
