- Tenders are invited for Supply and Install Mobile Solar-Powered Irrigation Equipment Surface solar pump/Ennos Q: 45L/MIN Solar panels: 400 watts Trolley of 2 wheels Suction pipe of 10m Hose pipe of 32mm thick: 100m TDH: 40m qty 13 Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions: Being legally registered as Company authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB Certificate) Having a strong experience to supply and install required solar-powered irrigation equipment by 3 recent certificates of good completion A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): a copy of invoice submitted in the past; Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) A copy of valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB The bidder must prove in writing a capacity to supply and install all specified solar-powered irrigation equipment within a reasonable period not exceeding 7 calendar days after receiving the purchase order.
