• Quotation are invited for Sewing, Embroidery and Ornament Materials. 1. Handicap International Federation (HI) which implements programs under its operational name " Humanity & Inclusion" is an independent and impartial international solidarity organization, which intervenes in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflicts and disasters . Working alongside people with disabilities and vulnerable populations, it acts and bears witness, to meet their essential needs, to improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights. Fédération Handicap International is a non-profit association, without political or religious affiliation. It is based on a network of associations structured as a Federation, constantly working to mobilize resources, manage projects and implement the social mission. Handicap International Federation has been present in Rwanda since 1994. NB: Please note that our NGO has developed a policy against fraud and corruption (in annex) which engages any service provider with whom we enter into a contract. As such, we condemn any practice which aims to pay commissions to the staff of the Handicap International Federation in exchange for facilitating the selection of service providers within the framework of the tender documents. You will therefore understand that any embezzlement of this type would automatically lead to the exclusion of your company from the process or to the termination of the contract, whether you are at the origin of it or whether it is an initiative of any member of the staff of our organization. In addition, to ensure a transparent selection method that complies with procedures, be aware that the choice of suppliers / service providers is made by a committee involving several people but that the final decision rests with the Program Director, in such a way. that a single member of the committee is in no way able to tip the choice in your favor. 2. Handicap International Federation invites qualified bidders specialized in the fields, to participate under open and equal conditions to submit bids for 4 lots according to the technical specifications and the following quantity according to the lots: Sewing Machine (Butter Fly) Cotton Fabrics (Roll) Poplin Fabrics (Cotton Inkoni, Roll) Iron (Philipps) Sewing Scissors (6 Inch Cast Iron) Measuring Tape and ETC. The Quotation must Contain the following: A Financial Offer including All Taxes (Specifying the Amount of Vat) with Unit Prices in Rwf, Sealed and Signed, The Delivery Time, Payment Terms, Copy of the Certificate from the Rwanda Revenue Authority Confirming the Tax Identification Number (Tin) Rra and Rssb Certificate of Non-Claim The Validity of the Offer Have Ebm Invoice.
