TENDER NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INSTALLATION OF SOLAR POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN MAHAMA, REFUGEE CAMP, IN RWANDA.Practical Action is an innovative international development group, putting ingenious ideas to work so people in poverty can change their world. We work with communities to develop ingenious, lasting and locally owned solutions for agriculture, water and waste management, climate resilience and clean energy. We share what works with others, so many more people can change their worlds.Practical Action is implementing a two-year (2022-2024) Climate Resilient farming Project(CRF), in close partnership with United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Ministry of Agriculture and Animal resources (MINAGRI), and Ministry of Emergency Management (MINEMA). The objective of the project is to improve food security, strengthen livelihoods, and increase resilience to Climate Change in Mahama Refugee camp and host community.
