Description: UNICEF Rwanda OfficeTerms of Reference Long Term Agreement for 2 years from the date of issuance of contract:"Repair and Maintenance Services to UNICEF Rwanda Country Office Premises" 1. Background/Justification: The UNICEF Rwanda Country Office is located in Kacyiru, Gasabo District, in Ebenezer building. The total covered area of RCO is 2,610 square meters. UNICEF Rwanda has. There are total 24 numbers of air-conditioners installed in UNICEF Rwanda Country Office(RCO).RCO Office has 1 Diesel generator set with capacity of 250KVA. The Bidder shall provide plumbing, sanitary and Drainage Maintenance services to entire UNICEF RCO premises. There are total 35 toilets in the RCO premises. UNICEF RCO office has 2 water tanks and one underground water tank. 2. Goal / Objective: The primary objective of the contract is to provide efficient repair and maintenance services to UNICEF RCO-s leased property as set below in the scope of work....
