Tenders are invited for Renovation and Latrine Prototypes Construction Works for Karongi District Sanitation Center. Deadline: Monday, 12/09/2022 17:00 SCOPE OF WORK The selected house is located in Rubengera Center, near the bus stops and the District office. It is a pro-active business area that accessible to many people in the center. For the selected house to serve as a DSC and to facilitate the operator to work, there are some works that are needed to be done, and they include: the house renovation, latrine prototypes installation and basic materials supply to equip the DSC. Detailed Scope of work include: Repaint inside walls of the District sanitation center showroom, with three layers of paint, Repair of humidity with double layers of mortar mixed with water proofing material, Repair of leakage of the roof through supply and application of Silicone paste, Repaint and reparation of ceiling (made into triplex), Supply and installation of transparent sheets, Supply and installation of 3 seat toilets (toilettes a chasse d'eau) and 3 urinals, Door welding and painting with white oil paint Construction of latrines prototypes and installation of the signages, Supply of equipment (shelves, wooden chairs, TV, wooden counter, a sign board, and wooden benches)
