- Tenders are invited for Rubengera-Muhanga Road Project: Rehabilitation and Widening of Rambura-Nyange Road Section (22km Technical Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders- representatives who choose to attend, on the same day, on 05th November 2021 at 10:30 a.m. local time (GMT+2) at RTDA premise, 2nd floor, conference room. The financial offers for technical qualified bidders will be opened on the date that shall be communicated to qualified/ substantially responsive bidders. 4. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by interested bidders from RTDA address indicated below and obtain electronic copies through their official emails, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs only (100,000 FRW) or in a convertible currency deposited to the Rwanda Revenue Authority account Opened at any commercial Bank in Rwanda. Interested Bidders who initially purchased the bidding documents can collect the revised documents free of charge from the same address. The electronic copies will be sent to them through their respective email addresses. 6. Well typed technical and financial Bids properly bound in 4 copies, including one (1) original and three (3) copies of each bid and clearly marked “Technical offer or financial offer accordingly and indicating the title of the tender must be delivered to the above mentioned office not later than 05th November 2021 at 10:00 a.m. local time (GMT+2) and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in a form of a reputable local Bank Guarantee or a foreign Bank which has a corresponding bank in Rwanda of an amount equivalent to One hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (150,000 USD) or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The bid security should be included in the technical bid.
