Tenders are invited for Recruit a Capacity Building of Csos Undertake Multiplier Training to Smallholder Farmers on Climate Resilience and Agroecological Approaches (Activity Nr: 6211) ü Development of a training module; ü Training of trainers (ToT) will take place in the quarter 4 (year 1) of the project (August-October 2021); ü Duration: 3 days; ü Beneficiaries: 100 master farmers ü The project intends to train a critical team of trainers for the first year of the project. These will in turn cascade acquired knowledge to farmers and community members beyond the project implementation period. Trainees will develop their respective action plans to reach out the community. The consultant/s will be expected to: Develop a work plan and inception report that will direct the training ; Develop training modules ,; Work scheduling and reporting (drafts & final reports of the work); Conduct the whole process of the training ; Collect all the tools deemed important to the successful accomplishment of the training such as pictures, records, reports and any other material developed or used in the matter of this work, and submit them to the client.
