Direct aid is an international NGO established in Kuwait in 1981 providing humanitarian Services more than 30 countries in Africa. It is contributing to alleviating poverty, diseases, illiteracy and by focusing on food security, education, health and social area of operation.Direct aid Rwanda office plans to buy cow to slough and distribute meat to Rwanda needy people for Eid al Aldah holiday.And hereby invites potential suppliers to submit a sealed tender in accordance with, Instruction to Bidders, and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase as described hereunder:1. The supplier should provide Business License, recent Tax Clearance Certificate, Vaccination and Health Certificate Card for all cows and Transport Permit Document;2. The cows should not be blind, pregnant, one eyed, lean or thin, emaciated or lame, cut off an ear or tail, has no teeth or majesty and that grass in place of impurities;3. Cows should not weight below 240 kg alive;4. Cows should not be less than two years old;5.
