- Tenders are invited for Provision of Services for Upgrading of Opd Solar Energy. Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 13/03/2024 14:00 Payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. A Bid Security of 2% The King Faisal Hospital Rwanda, hereinafter called ‘-Client” is in process of rehabilitating and upgrading its infrastructure and equipment. King Faisal Hospital Rwanda is therefore inviting you to submit bids for the provision of services for upgrading of OPD solar Energy as indicated in detail in the statement of requirements. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from the King Faisal Hospital Procurement Department from 08:30 to 17:00 hours, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 Rwf to the account No 6775021405 opened in ECOBANK, in the name of King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda. All bids “shall” be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of 2% of the bid amount in Rwandan Francs, duly signed and sealed by the guarantor (recognized Bank/Insurance Company). This bid security shall be valid until thirty days after the bid validity period. Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to the Director of Procurement through the email: procurement@kfhkigali.com , King Faisal Hospital, Gasabo District, Kigali City, P.O. Box 2534 - Kigali - Rwanda. The compulsory site visit is scheduled on 06th March 2024 at King Faisal Hospital, Rwanda from 10:00 to 11:00 am and departure for visiting is fixed KFH,R at Procurement Office. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the King Faisal Hospital, at the address mentioned above not later than 2:00 pm March 13th, 2024. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at King Faisal Hospital, Kigali at the address mentioned below not later than 2:30 pm local time on March 13th, 2024.
