Tender for Provision of Manpower for the Mining Site Activities Ngali Mining Website: http://ngali.com TENDER FOR PROVISION OF MANPOWER FOR MINING SITES ACTIVITIES Ngali Mining Limited (NML) is a Private Limited Company registered in November 2015 under Rwandan law, fully owned by NGALI Holdings and the latter being a public-owned enterprise. NML was created for investment purpose and improving the Mining service delivery basing on best practices internationally accepted. Tender No: 01/NM/2021 for provision of manpower for mining sites for a period of one year renewable DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID Letter of commitment stamped and signed A notified copy of valid trading license/ Association/ Cooperative A notified copy RSSB tax Clearance A notified copy of Tax clearance from RRA Purchasing a bidding book of 10,000 Rwf and paying this money on account no:7022791 ZIGAMA CSS Bid security of 150 000 Rwf in form of bank guarantee or insurance guarantee The bidder should be registered under VAT and able to provide an EBM invoice TORS FOR NEEDED MANPOWER FOR MINING SITES ACTIVITIES These casuals are for different sites in different parts of the country and currently, operational sites are Gicumbi district/MIYOVE SITE, Nyamasheke district/NTENDEZI SITE. The total number of casuals required at each site is 100 people making them a total of two hundred people (200) each day for a period of each month. The contract will be one-year renewable twice. TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR MANPOWER IN MINING SITES To be Rwandan by nationality and holding an identity card Disciplined with good ethics and professional conduct with reference from Umudugudu level. The criminal record is given by qualified level To be physically fit and Free of chronic diseases To be above18 years old but not beyond 50 years To be able to work between 8 hours/day To have experience in mining is an additional asset To be a member of any social health insurance (mutually de Sante is highly recognized Should have a local bank account (SACCO, BPR, etc….) Able to read and write Kinyarwanda at least. Technical requirements for the bidder: The bidder should have a trading license for the relevant service to be provided. The bidder should be able to give a contract to the manpower he hires The bidder should pay RSSB for the staff The bidder should be able to verify if all the manpower provided have Michelle de Sante that are valid The bidder should be able to feed the manpower food at the site once a day The bidder should commit to pay manpower not later than the 5th date on the following month without fail.
