- Tenders are invited for Provision of Maintenance Services of Air Conditioners and Supply of Spare Parts Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 28/07/2023 10:00 Payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen thousand Rwandan francs (15,000RWF) TENDER NOTICE RwandAir is a fast growing national carrier for the Republic of Rwanda which has expanded its fleet operation both in and beyond Africa in order to be responsive to customer needs and expectations. In this regard, RwandAir wishes to invite qualifying bidders to bid for the below tender: Provision of maintenance services for RwandAir assets; Tender N0: 361/WB/06/2022-2023 Lot 2: Provision of maintenance services of Air conditioners and supply of spare parts. A complete set of bidding document in English shall be given out on email upon receipt of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Fifteen thousand Rwandan francs (15,000RWF). The sum is to be deposited at I&M on the Account NĀ° 10-5003664-01-74 (RWF) open in the name of RwandAir from interested bidders on procurement@rwandair.com from June 29th 2023. Any Enquiry regarding this tender may be addressed to RwandAir, procurement office, located at Kigali internal airport building 2nd floor or on the company email address procurement@rwandair.com. Well prepared, sealed stamped and signed bid of which is in PDF format must be sent to RwandAir procurement Email address no later than July 28th , 2023 at 10:00am local time or 08:30am GMT. Late bids will be rejected and not considered for evaluation.
