• Tenders are invited for Provision of Information Security Tools/Solutions. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 593412700910118 of BRD opened in BPR Bank. Tender Nº: 005/04/2022/BRD/HC&CS/CS ASSIGNMENT TITLE: PROVISION OF INFORMATION SECURITY TOOLS/SOLUTIONS The Development Bank of Rwanda would like to procure information security solutions/tools from a well-established, qualified, and financially viable companies. The key tools/solutions to be supplied are subdivided into eight (8) lots as follow: • Lot 1: Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 2: Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 3: Automated Asset Discovery (AAD) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 4: Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 5: Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 6: Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 7: Email Security Gateway (ESG) so lution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses • Lot 8: Anti-Persistent Threats (APT) solution/tool with framework contract of three years for licenses In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) invites the interested and potential companies to submit their bids for the above-mentioned services according to the technical specification detailed in the tender document. N.B: The site visit for those who wish to visit the BRD IT infrastructure is allowed within five (05) working days after the date of the advertisement of tender. The Tender document in English may be obtained from procurement office from Thursday, 21st April 2022 during office hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 593412700910118 of BRD opened in BPR Bank. Well bound and sealed bids presented in 3 hard copies, one of them marked “Original” and 2 hard copies marked “Copy” of the bids. The Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days and should be submitted in BRD procurement office at the address BRD HQ, PO BOX 1341, Kigali Rwanda, not later than Wednesday 04th May 2022, at 10:00am local time. The bids will be immediately opened in the presence of the bidders- representatives who wish to attend the opening session in BRD meeting room. Please note that the bids will be put in an envelope indicating the name, the address of the prospective bidder and title which will be marked as follows:PROVISION OF INFORMATION SECURITY TOOLS/SOLUTIONS Do not open except in public session on 04/05/2022.
