Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Fortified Porridge Flour with Composition Made by Corn, Soy Blended with Added Sugar as Well as Skimmed Milk Powder and Premix. All interested companies/individual suppliers should present the following mandatory valid documents: Rwanda FDA Operating license; HACCP Certificate; ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System; At least three tenders previously performed with similar composition; VAT certificate; RRA Tax clearance; RDB Business Registration Certificate. Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday, 9th February 2022 at 2:30 p.m. The public opening of bids is fixed on the same date at 2:45 p.m at DUHAMIC-ADRI headquarters conference room.
