Description:
Tenders are invited for Provision of Fortified Porridge Flour with Composition Made by Corn, Soy Blended with Added Sugar as Well as Skimmed Milk Powder and Premix.The proposed bids shall indicate the unit and total prices with tax inclusive. The delivery will be done to 39 ECD supported at Bugesera and Nyaruguru Districts. However, DUHAMIC-ADRI will contract other companies for transportation from the selling point to the ECD in respective Districts. All interested companies/individual suppliers should present the following mandatory valid documents: Rwanda FDA Operating license; HACCP Certificate; ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System; At least three tenders previously performed with similar composition; VAT certificate; RRA Tax clearance; RDB Business Registration Certificate. Individual suppliers should present the documents from the processing companies working with to certify the product intended to deliver to DUHAMIC-ADRI. Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Thursday, 24th March 2022 at 9:00 a.m. The public opening of bids is fixed on the same date at 9:30 a.m at DUHAMIC-ADRI headquarters conference room.
