- Tenders are invited for Provision of External Financial Audit Services. Deadline: Friday, 09/09/2022 17:00 Description: Invitation to tender for the provision of external financial audit services Sustainable Growers Rwanda (SGR) is a local NGO having a goal of improving the livelihoods of low-income women farmers and their families through collective trainings that create the basis for more transparent trade, improved quality, and higher prices in the coffee sector. Scope Sustainable Growers Rwanda is looking for potential qualified companies to provide external financial audit services. The objective of the audit is to audit and produce certified financial statements for Sustainable Growers Rwanda based on its operations and transactions within the specific fiscal period(s). The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder for the period of one year renewable twice upon successful delivery as decided by Sustainable Growers Rwanda management. The main scope of work will include the following elements. Evaluating financial statements and assessing accounts for accuracy and compliance Investigating internal systems and operations Assessing risk management approaches Performing audits for all other departments of the organization, as needed Reporting on errors and fraud Providing feedback reports on findings Provision of final opinion and certified accounts Requirements Interested qualified companies must submit their qualitative & quantitative financial and technical proposals along with the following admin documents to the the Procurement office of Sustainable Growers Rwanda located at Nyarutarama, KG 9 #91 or by Email: recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org. Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB Valid Rwanda Revenue [RRA] tax clearance certificate Valid Rwanda Social Security [RSSB] clearance certificate Must have an experience of not less than five years, at least (5) references notarized required A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM] The company shall be chosen through a Quality and Cost based selection method in accordance with Sustainable Growers Rwanda procedures. Well-printed bids, properly bound, sealed in envelopes, and presented in (3) copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office at the address mentioned above not later than 9th September 2022 at 5pm (local time). Late bids will be automatically rejected.
