Tenders are invited for Provision of Document Management Solution. Competent bidders can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from MUGANGA SACCO Head office, 1st floor of the Silverback Mall, Kicukiro - Near Sonatube roundabout, KK 15 Road. Telephone: + (250) 0788124500, procurement@mugangasacco.rw. on any working day with effect from 07/02/2024 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw10,000) on account No583427377510131 of Muganga SACCO opened in BPR. Interested bidders shall be required to submit their proposal documents in two different offers (i.e. Technical offer and financial offer in separate envelopes) in sealed envelopes enclosed in a larger outer envelope for each cleary labeled: Envelop 1: Labeled Technical proposal for Provision of Document Management Solution for Muganga SACCO Envelop 1: Labeled Finacial proposal for Provision of Document Management Solution for Muganga SACCO”. Well detailed quotations shall be presented to Muganga SACCO Head office in a sealed envelope and addressed to Director General of Muganga SACCO, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro - Sonatube, KK 15 Road, Telephone: + (250) 0788 124 500, not later than 28/02/ 2024, at 10:00am Local time, while the public opening shall be done on the same day in Muganga SACCO conference room at 10:30am local time.
