Tenders are invited for Provision of Catering Services at Inyange Industries Staff (Catben Services) 1. What the company Inyange Industries Ltd provides. ■ WASAC Water. ■ Electricity, ■ Space that includes both kitchen & dining hall. ■ Chairs and Tables ■ We provide Pasteurized milk for preparation of Tea for all staff (morning and evening depending on shifts) ■ Mineral water for drinking - Four gallons per day. ■ Water dispenser machine. ■ Cooking gas plates- six burners in good condition. ■ Fridges in good condition. ■ Air extractor in good condition. ■ Fire safety system in good condition. ■ Plumbing system in good condition The bidders are expected to provide the below items: ■ Saucepans. ■ Flasks (big & small sizes) ■ Microwave ■ Coffee maker. ■ Plates. ■ Cups. ■ Spoons. ■ Forks. ■ Table Knives. ■ Cooking gas cylinders and gas ■ Maintenance of cooking gas plates. ■ Maintenance of fridges. ■ Maintenance of air extractor. ■ Cleaning materials & equipment.
