In order for Spark Microgrants to carry out its work,it is undertaking supplier Pre Qualification exercise for the selection of potential suppliers of various Goods and and services.The purpose of this exercise is to promote supplier partnership and to improve on the quality of products and services whilst achieving the most competitive prices. 1.2. Categories Spark Microgrants invites applications for prequalification from eligible bidders for the supply of goods and services in the under listed categories for the Period of July - December 2022: Item No: Category No: Item Description: SPK/002/2022 Provision of Car Hire Services SECTION 2: INSTRUCTIONS TO APPLICANTS 2.1Format and Signing of Application a) The applicants shall prepare one document comprising the prequalification document clearly marked with the category. b) The prequalification document shall be typed or written in indelible ink (in the case of copies, photocopies are acceptable) and shall be signed by a person or persons duly authorized to sign on behalf of the applicant. The person or persons signing the prequalification document shall initial all pages of the tender where entries or amendments have been made. The prequalification document shall be without alterations, omissions or conditions except as necessary to correct errors made by the applicant, in which case such corrections shall be initiated by person or persons signing prequalification.
