Tenders are invited for Promoting Gender Accountability in Small and Medium Enterprises (Smes)Through Gender Equality Seal Program in Rwanda Location: Kigali Deadline: Friday, 19/05/2023 17:00 SELECTION CRITERIA Technical Approach (30%): Clear and comprehensive methodology, work plan and monitoring plan to conduct the SMEs GE seal program pilot. Expertise (30%): Relevance experience with adequate proof related to conducting gender promotion tasks, gender mainstreaming within development and private sector program. Cost (25%): Reasonableness of the proposed cost of consultancy for the period of performance Inclusion (15%): Individual consultant who identifies as a woman, youth, and/or person with disability. APPLICATION INSTRUCTION Submit the documents below to haprocurement@hanga-akazi.org by - 19th May 2023, 5pm CAT. A technical proposal for the assignment. This should begin with a cover letter and include a proposed budget for the consultancy. 10 pages max A detailed CV highlighting previous experiences in undertaking similar projects related to conducting gender promotion tasks and mainstreaming. Contacts for 3 references should be provided. The CV can include self-declaration on sex, age and disability status - if desired. 5 pages max
