  • Expression of Interest are invited for Procure a Highly Qualified and Experienced Pool of Mental Health Service Providers to Undertake a Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program within a Framework Contract of 3 Years The Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) is a Public Company Limited by Shares, with authorized share capital of RWF 150,000,000,000, registered at the Office of the Registrar General, whose company code n°1000003547, its incorporation certificate issued on 7/7/2011 and a banking license n°003 issued by the National Bank of Rwanda on August 11, 2009. BRD was incorporated on August 5, 1967. As part of its HR strategy, BRD is committed to provide to its staff various wellness program. In this context, the Bank would like to initiate deep-dive Employee Assistance Programs to provide support for employees challenged with personal or professional issues through counselling, wellness sessions and workshops/trainings. Therefore, BRD seeks to procure a highly qualified and experienced pool of mental health service providers to undertake a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program within a framework contract of 3 years. This assignment includes and not limited to the following: Counselling Services Mental health assessment at workplace and recommendation Training and workshop Mental health awareness to staff Mental health management at workplace Any other relevant training related to the mental health Minimum documents to be submitted The Qualified and interested firms should submit the following documents: I. Administrative documents Letter of expression of interest. Company registration from Rwanda Development Board (RDB) Technical proposal Financial proposal II. Technical Documents Description of methods to be used for the training and workshop services with maximum 4 pages. Track record of experience for the firm of similar or related services Resume(s) (CVs) for proposed core team members with the qualifications and experiences. Evaluation Criteria The evaluation criteria shall be based on the conformance of administrative documents Technical approach and methodology of the training and workshop through presentation to a panel if needed Proposed key staff with required qualifications and minimum 5 years- experience in providing mental health services specifically dealing and training on sexual harassment for individual and at workplace in a reputable institution Financial proposal for each activity per session The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be found at the following website: www.brd.rw/procurement/Terms of Reference The expression of interest should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Development Bank of Rwanda on the following address: procurement@brd.rw and copying to the brd@brd.rw not later than 17/09/2021 at 5:00pm Kigali time Further information can be submitted at the following email addresses: procurement@brd.rw, copying brd@brd.rw during office hours.
