Tenders are invited for Office Rental. Request for an office Rental Proposal HiR Ltd (House in Rwanda) HouseinRwanda.com is an online Real Estate platform providing a wide range of services about properties in Rwanda. Our main objective is to become a Real Estate HUB in Rwanda. Website: https://www.houseinrwanda.com/ HiR Ltd (HouseinRwanda) is looking for an office to rent for one of its clients. Below is the requirement Statement of Requirements: Please send your cost proposal for supplying the following services: Office Space for Lease; as per below specifications. Item Quantity 1 Office Space Square meters: Approximately 200 (on the same floor or two floors on the same building) Office space to accommodate at least 6 standard size individual offices; an open office plan (10 people) and Open space for a boardroom (capacity 30 people). Attach photos of the property. Including all facilities provided 2 Vehicle Parking Space Official - 5 parking spaces for office vehicles. Possibility of additional safe parking 5 spaces for staff members within the office compound or within the vicinity. 3 Location and Accessibility Must be located in one of the following areas: Nearby our partner's offices (RDB, MoE, REMA, FONERWA). The proposed property must already be hosting other international organizations. Must be located in an area easily accessible by public transport. 4 Office security The office block must be located in a secure compound (perimeter wall). 5 Office electricity and internet The office block must be connected to the mains power and availability of a backup generator or with a possibility to install a backup generator. Office blocks need to be connected to the optic fiber or 4G network 6 Other services Availability of security guards and cleaning services firm common areas. 7 Office Water & sanitation The office bock must be connected to city water services and has a backup storage/borehole or provide the possibility to establish one 8 Fit-Out We will do our own partitioning and fit-outs after the contract signing 9 Tenancy Period At least 5 years 10 Office co-sharing Allowed and preferred Please send your cost proposal for supplying the following services not later than May 10, 2021, to info@houseinrwanda.com For more details, you can contact us at +250788315661.
