Description:
Tenders are invited for National Migration Policy Consultant. Experience and Skills Experience in working on migration and migration-related issues in Rwanda, especially at the policy level. Experience in working with Government authorities in Rwanda and in liaising with other national /international institutions. Experience in facilitating meetings, trainings, workshops etc. Knowledge of frameworks, instruments, and cooperation fora in the field of migration at the national, regional, and international level. Proven drafting skills, especially policy documents, briefings, strategies, action plans, reports etc. Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and logical manner. Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English required. Working knowledge of French desirable.
