Description:
Tenders are invited for Lending & Supply Chain Finance Automation of Credit Processes. Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional or international service providers with expertise in the lending & supply chain finance automation of credit processes and Sales Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services. Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 06th Feb 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw not later than the 20th Feb 2024. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 23rd Feb 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders. Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, financial and technical proposal detailing the proposed methodology, work plan, at least 10 years proven experience in providing similar solutions to recognized financial institutions with contacts details, audited financial statements of the last 3 years, provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm and any other required document specified in the Terms of Reference.
