Expression of Interest are invited for Lease Sos Children-s Villages Rwanda Schools. SOS Children's Villages RWANDA is a non-governmental social development organization that has been active in the field of children's rights and committed to children's needs and concerns since 1979. It acts as officially registered organization which aims at supporting children without parental care and children of families in difficult circumstances. SOS Rwanda is an active member of the international umbrella federation organization of SOS Children's Villages International. SOS CV Rwanda has its projects and programs in four locations: Kigali, Byumba, Kayonza and Gikongoro. Our Vision: Every child belongs to a family and grows with love, respect and security Our Mission: We build families for children in need, we help them shape their own futures and we share in the development of their communities SOS CV Rwanda operates schools with 2,136 students enrolled into the SOS Herman Gmeiner schools. The schools are located in Gasabo/Kigali, Gicumbi, Kayonza and Nyamagabe Districts. Among the students includes hundreds under SOS Children-s Villages Rwanda family care and students from the surrounding communities as the Herman Gmeiner schools are known for their extensive academic excellence and secure caring environment which enabled children over decades experience success and achieve their full potential. SOS CVs Rwanda intends to handover its school-s management to the external bidder through a formal Lease Agreement of its facilities and this call for expression intends to get a suitable bidder to lease and manage SOS CV RWANDA schools. SOS CVs Rwanda is seeking experienced bidder to lease and take up the management of the schools in accordance with the provisions of the lease agreement that will be signed between SOS CV Rwanda and the successful bidder.
