- UNDP in Rwanda in close collaboration with PAGE program is seeking for a service of a consultancy firm to support in conducting conduct a study that will take stock of progress/trends, challenges, enabling factors, and opportunities for a green economic transformation (GET) in Rwanda, as part of the country-s transition to an inclusive, just and climate resilient green economy. The study seeks to inform PAGE on the critical areas it can support, what partnerships are required and who does what and when to support the country have transformed its economy to sustain green growth, end poverty, increase jobs, social and gender equity, strengthen livelihoods and environmental stewardship, while contributing to address the root causes of the Triple Planetary Crisis (climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution). The study can further inform key UN programmatic documents such as the Common Country Analysis (CCA), NDCs and/or the UNSDCF.
