- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:1. Deliverable 1 Curriculum Finalization & Accreditation Dossier (23 days)- Consolidate NCSA materials and align with RTQF Level 3 and RTB QA.- Develop full cybersecurity TVET curriculum, occupational standards, and syllabi.- Design CBET-based assessment, moderation, and QA tools.- Prepare complete accreditation dossier for RTB.2. Deliverable 2.a Stakeholder Validation (2 days)- Facilitate validation workshop with NCSA, RTB, employers, and workers.- Revise curriculum and submit validation report with feedback log.3.
