This project will address access to electricity in the Eastern Province of Rwanda (namely Bugesera, Gatsibo, Kayonza, Kirehe, Ngoma, Nyagatare and Rwamagana Districts). The works will include procurement of the required poles, conductors, transformers, energy meters, and other connection hardware and local installation services.
