- Tenders are invited for Hiring a Company to Provide Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services. The tender document may be obtained from Bella flowers procurement office or at procurement@bellaflowers.rw starting from 12 January 2022 during working hours upon presenting proof of payment of Ten Thousand Rwf 10,000 none refundable for tender document on account No 593412329210356 in BPR named Bella Flowers Ltd. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security equals to Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Thirteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six Point Sixty-Six (RWF 4,213,346.66) Rwandan Francs and will be submitted not later than 10th February 2022 at 10:00am Late bids will not be accepted.
