Description:
The objective of the consultancy services is to provide technical assistance to the client for the preparation, designing and execution of sanitation projects (including but not limited to: centralized sewerage system, semi-centralized sewerage systems, on-site sanitation and solid waste management projects) under the program. The consultant will ensure that all projects related activities are carried out in accordance with the standards and best industry practice, while at all - time ensuring quality, cost effectiveness and timely completion. He/she will mentor and build the capacity of WASAC staff in developing and improving technical knowledge and understanding in sanitation infrastructure design and construction. To assist the client with preparation of regular status reports for the program and other reports, that may be required, as per the Terms of Reference, together with all related necessary technical assistance and professional advice to the Client related to program implementation. Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC) is the Executing Agency of the project.
