Description:
The scope of services of the RPSSP Coordinator shall include, but is not limited to the following:Ensure proper communication and procedures inside and outside the RPSSP project, in collaboration with people in charge of scope management;Support the RSSP grant of the project steering committee by updating the decision follow-up table and follow up their implementation.Supervise, design and implement a monitoring and evaluation information system related to RPSSP grant;Participate to the process of project proposal elaboration and grant negotiation with donors;Supervise and coordinate all activities and staff of the SPIU/MOH, Rwanda Food and Drug administration(RFDA) and University of Rwanda Center of Excellence(UR-CE);Provide guidance related to planning, monitoring, evaluation, audit, budget and financial management and procurement in connection with the RPSSP projects;Ensure that all projects are managed and executed in accordance with GoR laws, procedures and guidelines, as well as ADF requirements as indicated in the grant agreements, to meet project objectives;Manage the project risks by updating the risk follow up plan and ensuring that risk mitigation actions are properly im...
