- Tenders are invited for Electrification under Framework Contract for Schools with Smart Classrooms Located in off-Grid Areas Tender refundable amount of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf). This payment can be done on any account of Rwanda Revenue Authority opened in different commercial banks A bid shall be accompanied with a bid security of Rwf 1,500,000 or its equivalent in foreign currency. Failure to submit the said Guarantee shall lead to the disqualification of the bid. The bid security shall be issued by a bank or a recognized local Insurance Company
