- IntroductionThe joint programme (JP) "Amplifying Digital Opportunities in Cross-border Trade" aims to improve the livelihoods, economic opportunities, and overall well-being of Small-Scale cross border traders. The project will support new digital technologies that can create better connections toresources (capital), new markets, and existing services, as well as supporting efforts to ensure that regional/national policies related to Cross Border Trade (CBT) and digitalization translate into tangible outcomes for small-scale traders. Specific objectives The primary objective of this ToR isto identify and partner with fintech companies offering innovative digital solutions and micro-loans to support the growth of cooperatives and their members in the Rwandan market. Through this initiative, UNCDF aims to select and collaborate with up to two (2) fintech digital solution providers thatdemonstrate the capability and commitment to deliver relevant, affordable, accessible, and inclusive digital solutions tailored to cooperatives and their members.
