Tenders are invited for Develop a Website and a Sharepoint System for Caritas Rwanda. Deadline: Tuesday, 31/05/2022 15:00 The objective is to develop: Both Caritas Rwanda website tailored to business needs and designed in line with our organization image. Building a site that meets the latest web standards (W3C standards) and web browsers compatible and multi-device responsiveness (desktops, tablets and smart phones). Enhance user friendliness & Interactivity features to increase page visibility. Contact us and Feedback forms to listen views from the users. A backend CMS empowered by latest technology with premium content builder plugins that enables the person in charge of website management to not only add or updating content but also be able to customize the page layout. Enhanced with security features against malicious intruders. The whole package tested, deployed and functioning as required. Use simple, cost-effective techniques to test designs with representative users before implementation of major features such as structuring the main navigation menu. Optimize the site for low bandwidth users. Implement a basic back-end function to facilitate Caritas- Website trained staff to update content to the website. Add functionality to the website that facilitates Caritas to measure the traffic.
